    Ann,
What are your thoughts of finding a group instant messaging program so on days like today we don't have over 30 emails flying back and  forth? Have you used any for any of your other clients? I know of some like Basecamp, Zoho (i think) and others. Maybe we don't even need anything that elaborate and we could just use office Messenger or Skype. I believe it has a messaging feature.

I would be glad to look if you think we would get use out of it?

    Hi David,

This is a test of the Wild Apricot system forum feature.  I know you can reply to the thread and subscribe to the forum (see below), but I haven't ever used it like it's supposed to be used, so maybe we could research it on WA  to see if it might function as a way to eliminate the flurry of e-mails.  Also, it might be useful to keep track of comments, etc. . .  It's a new habit, though and there could be resistance.

Do I have to go into WA to reply like this or can you reply right from email? I will try it that was too.

I think you have to post here.  However, I have my settings to get messages immediately so I could see that you sent one via WA.  You can also set the message response to daily or weekly.  We can talk about this tomorrow when we chat on the phone.
