The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a massive and rapid shift to remote work and a transformational shift from face-to-face to virtual leadership. The need to stay home to stay safe has created an unalterable force driving fundamental changes in the way people work together, how they are managed and how they do their work. The goal of this conference is to identify the skills necessary for success, the cutting-edge training methodologies that can accelerate/support learning, and the leadership skills necessary to lead a remote workforce.

    Two content themes:

Leadership in a virtual work world

    • Leadership skills• New mindsets• New ways of organizing work

Building the skills necessary to thrive• Learning methodologies• Identification of critical competencies to thrive in the new environment

This two-day event is only $75! Recordings will be provided to registered attendees. Topics include resiliency, developing talent, remote work effectiveness and innovation, diversity and inclusion response, VR for learning, and teamwork.

Visit atdscc.org for the conference overview. Find out about the speakers and session topics.

StandOut Teams: How to Build Strong Teams Through Strengths

Some things change, some things stay the same. We all know the global pandemic has changed many things in the world of work, not least of which is that many of us will have to do much of our work virtually. What has not changed, however, is that all this work will be done on teams. The greatest challenge for us now is how to build strong, productive, engaged, and resilient teams when we’re physically and psychologically disconnected.
