With many DEI programs under attack, the concept of belonging is emerging as a popular replacement. In this session we'll explore the Creating Belonging model and how it can help us build programs that create belonging for ourselves, as well as every level of an organization. We'll explore the imperative to create belonging in our talent development programs to increase engagement and improve retention.

Participants Will Learn…

  • Evaluate one’s own experience in relation to the four quadrants of the Creating Belonging model.
  • Examine elements of creating belonging through the experience of others.
  • Create a plan for enhancing one’s own belonging at work.
  • Create a plan to incorporate elements of creating belonging into talent development programs

Important Note: 90 minute session with no separate networking period.
