Join Dr. Josh Weiss for a discussion about the connection between leadership and negotiation and the core skills that are needed to do both effectively. This will be an interactive session so please bring your situations and scenarios to share so we can connect the dots between theory and skills and practice.

Attendees will be able to:

1. Understand the connection between leadership and negotiation and why they are both so important to understand

2. Grasp what effective leadership and negotiation looks like (and to dispel popular myths)

3. Apply these concepts to their own world to understand how they work effectively
