When Cultures Meet is a strategic framework and an experiential workshop that address the pitfalls and the productive possibilities of building a robust organizational culture. It serves as a catalyst and as a roadmap to transform and align an organization’s culture (values, norms, and processes) with its strategy and objectives. This one-hour case study will provide an overview of the strategic framework, the workshop, and the processes used to intentionally shape an organization’s culture.

Attendees will be able to:

  • Master the process of bringing all members of the organization together so that they are able to develop a single, unified, high-energy organization.
  • Generate the knowledge and skills necessary to make the process successful, creative and enriching.

To make this a successful learning experience, attendees must:

  • Join from a PC or laptop; the learning experience is not compatible with a smartphone or tablet
  • Commit to attending the event once registered
  • Attend the program for its duration as you will have a part in the learning experience
