When Cultures Meet is a strategic framework and an experiential workshop that address the pitfalls and the productive possibilities of building a robust organizational culture. It serves as a catalyst and as a roadmap to transform and align an organization’s culture (values, norms, and processes) with its strategy and objectives. This one-hour case study will provide an overview of the strategic framework, the workshop, and the processes used to intentionally shape an organization’s culture.

Jeff assumed leadership of Power+Systems in 2018 after the retirement of founders Barry and Karen Oshry. Jeff has been a certified Power+System’s facilitator since 2000 and has successfully implemented Power+Systems programs and methodologies in a wide variety of organizations over the past 2 decades.
Jeff is a results-oriented leader with significant global experience helping unleash the power of people at all levels. Jeff is the organization’s link with our clients as well as with our global network of trainers. He provides coaching on which program best meets an individual’s or organization’s goals. He is adept at working with clients to tailor programs to meet their needs and to connect them with the most appropriate facilitator.
