The Great Resignation has led to a Great Reshuffle as people are leaving jobs and entering new ones. Learning teams have a critical role in the successful and effective onboarding of new people, as well as, retaining existing people. We will discuss how to strategically position your organization to create the best onboarding practices. Which in turn has the possibility to create better retention in the long run. This will be an interactive session to help you gain better results for your organization.

Amanda Van Der Heiden

Amanda is the Chief Learning Solutions Consultant and Coach at Global Talent Development Solutions. As an external consultant involved in many large-scale global training rollouts, she has worked with over 25 organizations in 15 countries spanning 11 industries. Amanda holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Professional in Training Management. She holds additional certifications from McKinsey Global Institute, SHRM, and ATD. Amanda is highly passionate about and experienced in leadership diversification and coaching professionals to help them achieve their full potential. She creates value for her clients through learning strategy consulting, coaching, facilitating, and connecting with audiences of all sizes as a keynote speaker and author.
