Amanda is the Chief Learning Solutions Consultant and Coach at Global Talent Development Solutions. As an external consultant involved in many large-scale global training rollouts, she has worked with over 25 organizations in 15 countries spanning 11 industries. Amanda holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Professional in Training Management. She holds additional certifications from McKinsey Global Institute, SHRM, and ATD.
