Learn how to effectively design and deliver learning experiences for a multigenerational workforce

  • May 20, 2019
  • 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • FM Global Learning Center, 1175 Boston-Providence Turnpike, Norwood, MA 02062

This event will be held at the FM Global Learning Center where you will immerse yourself in state-of-the-art active learning classrooms and learn strategies for achieving student engagement through active learning. The evening will begin with networking over cocktails and heavy appetizers. We will continue with the panel discussion, and then take a tour of FM Global’s active learning classroom space where you’ll discover strategies for engaging learners and experience the latest active learning technology.

We are joining ATD Bay Colonies in May for a facilitated panel discussion with instructors and students to learn how we design, develop and facilitate learning to work across different generations. Have you heard about these different generations in your workplace?

  • Traditionalists — Born 1900 to 1945
  • Baby boomers — Born 1946 to 1964
  • Generation Xers — Born 1965 to 1980
  • Millennials — Born 1981 to 1999

How do we adapt the way we design and deliver learning for these different audiences? What is the FM Global learner?

Come hear their perspectives on this important topic and how learning professionals can be prepared to design for this unique environment.

Seats are limited.  Be sure to register as soon as possible.
