Servant leadership, often attributed to Robert Greenleaf in his 1970 article The Servant as Leader, is a long- standing leadership model used in many organizations with success. Current advocates of servant leadership include Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey, and Peter Senge, among others. Servant Leadership is a philosophy that seeks to serve first, and from that service, leadership from the heart emerges.

Wendi Braun is a talent and organizational development leader with a passion to improve the skills and experiences of employees. Recognizing the impact leaders have on employees’ work experience, she focuses on providing clarity and confidence for leaders to lead and empower others.
With over 25 years of corporate experience, Wendi's expertise is in the design and development of curricula and in performance improvement that result in improved business and individual performance. She has led learning and OD teams at Verizon, Tufts Health Plan, Sapient Nitro, and MassHealth, and Fresenius Medical Care.
Wendi earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Springfield College and her Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University. She obtained her Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation. She also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
