Creating an Environment of Accountability

with Emmy Monticelli, MBA, CPC, CPLP 

 

This SIG is for professionals wanting to create an environment or team that spends more time achieving results, increasing productivity and overall, being more effective and less time making excuses, placing blame and being defensive.

   

As peers we will discuss what accountability is and what it means to your organization’s success. We will share perspective, best practices and strategies on how to create and maintain accountable employees and teams, as well as how to have accountability conversations.


 

 Emmy Monticelli, MBA, CPC, CPLP

Emmy Monticelli is a certified professional leadership and corporate coach, instructional designer, facilitator and trainer. With over 20 years of experience, she has designed and delivered programs focused on developing effective management and leadership teams, performance improvement, team building, communication and change management.

 


 

She is currently a Sales and Training Manager for Clarisonic, leading a team of sales and training coordinators. She is also a facilitator for the ATD CPLP program.

 

Join us at our newest SIG and participate in a rich facilitated discussion of best practices and challenges related to leading and managing different generations in the workplace.
